“The real star of the show is Paul. He is the bartender. So thoughtful, kind, and easy going. He makes a friend out of anyone that sits down. The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk and get to many good restaurants. Rooms are clean and remodeled and the front desk team is super helpful.”
“Great place to stay when in Olympia. Rooms are spacious, though lighting is lacking in the main part of the room (could use some more downlights). This was a wheelchair accessible room with roll-in shower, however, they put the fold down seat on the opposite wall to the taps (faucets), making it very difficult for a solo wheelchair traveller. Also putting the pump pack shampoos etc behind the fold down seat was also not a great design as accessing them is not easy. Now, onto the bed. If you have a room designed for wheelchair users, don’t make the bed so high it is near on impossible to get into without someone assisting. This is what happens when rooms like this are designed without consulting the people who use them. It is hard to make a one size fits all room but there are just some things that need to be considered for all that will benefit all. That is just constructive feedback about their accessible rooms, the hotel itself and staff are fantastic and we would recommend it but it is important people know about these things if they have accessible needs.”
“The staff are so incredible kind and helpful, especially Angela who went out of her way to help me figure out and talk me through my car troubles when I was parking at the hotel one evening. She was such a lifesaver!! The room was comfortable and quiet and I really appreciated being welcomed to the hotel with a warm cookie :)”
“Walked over from the apartment to enjoy the breakfast buffet at the hotel. There was a good selection of fresh and prepared items. The service was top notch and there were friendly associates at the front desk. I will be back!”
